  • Access Control: We implement strict access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel from our side can access sensitive data. Clients do not have access control.

Third-Party Services

We collaborate with third-party service providers to enhance our offerings. These providers are carefully selected to ensure they comply with our privacy and security standards. Our third-party providers include:

  • Cloud Providers: For hosting and managing our databases and applications. Our primary cloud provider uses AWS infrastructure (us-east-1) and is managed by Supabase, Vercel, and Pinecone.
  • AI Services: For generating responses and enhancing chatbot capabilities. We use the OpenAI API to generate responses and do not opt-in to their data-sharing program, ensuring that OpenAI cannot use your data to train their models.
  • Security Services: For continuous security and compliance monitoring. Our security services include encryption of all data at rest and in transit, using industry-standard encryption algorithms.

Data Protection and Compliance

  • PIPEDA Compliance: We adhere to the principles of PIPEDA, ensuring that your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed responsibly.
